Refund Policy

Although we take full care to avoid mis-shipments, there are minimal chances of error while shipping books. Below are our terms and conditions for refunds:

1. *Cancellation Before Shipment*  

   If a customer wishes to cancel an order before it is shipped, 5% of the total order amount will be deducted as a processing charge. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer's account.

2. *Cancellation After Shipment / Return After Delivery*  

   If a customer cancels an order after shipment or wishes to return the book after delivery for any reason, the customer will bear the shipping cost for both sides. The refund will be processed only after the books are received at our Jaipur office.
